Q1. Does the 10-bar screw air compressor work with a 1500-watt fiber laser machine? How much does the acier carbon cut, and how much does the stainless cut?

10 bar pressure is on the low side. With air, while cutting MS, it is cut like steel (same speed, same parameter). So if you are using 1.5 kW, it should cut up to 6 mm MS easily. But the recommended is up to 3mm because, after 3 mm, the speed shall be very low. While cutting SS, the cutting speed is the same as nitrogen cutting (if the pressure is the same at the nose). Max thickness is also the same as in the case of nitrogen.

Q2. We have a 1 kW fiber laser cutting machine. We want to cut 4mm carbon steel with compressed air. Kindly tell me the following parameter settings: 1. Focus distance 2. single or double nozzle and its aperture size 3. Cutting speed

It also comes above 3 mm in Air. For air cutting, you need to use the same SS parameter for the same thickness. Recommended to cut with oxygen.
